Privacy Policy
Studiolo is an inventory and website tool for working artists. This policy covers the Studiolo apps and studiolo.gallery. Last updated August 2026.
What we collect
- Your email address — used solely to sign you in (we email a code; there are no passwords) and to send messages you initiate, such as studio invitations and inquiry notifications.
- Your studio's content — artwork records, photos, gallery placements, sales records, and website settings you create. It belongs to you.
- Inquiry messages — when a visitor uses the inquiry form on your public site, their name, email, and message are delivered to your studio's email.
How AI features work
When you use AI enhancement or design generation, the relevant photo and catalog details are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to produce the crop, description, palette, or design, then stored in your studio. They are not used to train AI models.
What we don't do
- No advertising, no trackers, no analytics beyond basic operational logs.
- We never sell or share your data with third parties beyond the processors that run the service (Cloudflare for hosting and storage, Resend for email, Anthropic for AI features, Apple for subscriptions).
- Your private inventory is visible only to you and studio members you invite; only works you explicitly publish appear on your public site.
Storage & security
Data is stored on Cloudflare's network with encryption in transit, hashed sign-in credentials, and per-studio isolation. Photos use unguessable storage keys.
Your choices
You can edit or delete any artwork, photo, member, or design at any time. To delete your account and studio entirely, email privacy@studiolo.gallery and we'll remove it within 30 days.
